ka Halwa (carrot halwa)
1/2 kg carrots
1 litre milk
25 gm ghee (dalda)
1/4 gm sugar
5 gm cashew nuts
5 gm pistachios
5 gm almonds
1-2 tsp rose water
Grate the carrots. Fry in dalda for 8-10 minutes on low
heat. Boil milk and while boiling.Stir in the fried carrot.
Keep stirring on low heat till the liquid is absorbed. Mix
in the sugar and continue stirring for 5-6 minutes.
Add dry fruits, rosewater, stir for 5-6 minutes and serve.
