Cocada with Eggs (coconut sweet)

Ingredients:
1 coconut, grated
455 gms sugar
6 egg yolks

Method:
Make a sugar syrup to thick spoon-coating consistency, add grated coconut, remove from fire and cool. When cold, add 6 egg yolks, stirring continuously. Return to the fire, and bring to one boil.
