Chef's Salad

1 thick slice cooked ham
3 thick slices cooked smoked tongue
1 cooked chicken breast
125gms gruyere
4 tomatoes
125 gms mushrooms
3 hard boiled eggs
1 red pepper
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
Combination of lettuce or other salad greens

Slice ham, tongue and chicken into strips. Cut the cheese into matchstick size pieces. Cut tomatoes into quarters and slice mushrooms. Toss lightly in dressing. Arrange all these salad ingredients in a salad bowl on a bed of lettuce and garnish with quartered hard boiled eggs, strips of red pepper and finely chopped parsley, combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well before using.

1 tsp chilli sauce
small onion finely sliced tsp french mustard Salt and finely ground black pepper.
