Mango Squash

Ingredients: Ingredients:
1 kg mango pulp
1 half kg sugar
1 half ltr. water
30 gm citric acid
1/2 level tsp K.M.S.
1 kg pulp
1 kg sugar
1 ltr. water
20-25 gm citric acid
1/3 level tsp K.M.S.

Method:
Select fully ripe mangoes of good colour, flavour and taste. Soften the mangoes by pressing, squeeze out the pulp, strain and measure it. Prepare sugar syrup and filter it into the pulp directly. Mix thoroughly, cool it. Add K.M.S. and fill into bottles.
